The good things about this condo are:
1. Just 3 minutes walk to MRT Petchaburi Station
2. Just 1 station away from Terminal 21 Shopping Mall where all the super market and restaurants are located
3. 10 minutes walk to Asoke area where all the office buildings are located
4. I installed LED TV for my tenant in the living room and an LCD in bed room
5. It has washer, fridge, stove top, oven, microwave
6. The bathroom has jacuzzi tub and a separate shower
7. The facility on 9th floor has nice pool, hot tub, nice gym, small movie theatre, library
8. The facility on the 44th floor has more hot tub, a smaller pool, and another smaller gym
9. 24 hours security at the lobby with key card access only front door and elevator
10. Nice view of Bangkok
11. 10 minutes walk to Air Port Rail Link to Suvannbhumi Airport
12. Include one parking space (not fixed)
13. Rent would include common fee
At least one year term is preferred and 3 months deposit please.
